Holzen, Inc. has the capabilities to turn a set of blueprints into reality, both safely and efficiently. Over the last 30+ years we have made a name for ourselves as a highly qualified, reliable, and safe working site contractor. Our goal is to provide our customer’s, General Contractor’s, and Construction Manager’s with a turn-key site package. We tailor-make our site package quotes to fit the needs of each individual project and can provide any of the following services: site clearing, excavation and embankment, utility installation including storm, sanitary, and water, pavement stone base, building pads on grade, installation of asphalt pavement, and even concrete pavement and sidewalks.
Electrical Infrastructure
T.C. Holzen, Inc. is a leader in both Substation Construction and Electrical Infrastructure installation in Southwest Ohio. We provide both civil and physical services in the electrical industry. We have become one of the fastest companies in the region to take a new site and develop it, complete with foundations, conduit, grounding grid, oil containment, and fencing. On top of that, our well-rounded work force, which possesses an extremely diverse skill set, allows us to take that developed site and erect our own steel, complete our own bus work, and set most electrical equipment all in-house.
Utility Infrastructure
One of T.C. Holzen’s specialties is the installation of underground utilities. The installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main are some of the main tasks for all our projects.
